In Zamboanga 3 years ago, I had to do an occular inspection after receiving numerous complaints regarding the use of substandard materials in the housing project site.
Personal ko nga gin bisita ang lugar and much to my dismay, the complaints were proven true. The experience was one for the books. Nag trending pa Gani sa social media. But that did not stop me from doing my job.
I am happy that the project is already 80% complete.
